Justin oversees the daily operations for the Land Development/Engineering, Building Design, and Real Estate development projects. With more than 18 years of experience in the field of civil engineering and site development, Justin has worked with both private sector and government agency clients to bring projects from thought to reality.

With over 15 years of experience in civil engineering and site development, Terri is very responsive to our client’s emergent needs and delivers high-quality services and expertise to each project.

Elliot Shibley, RLA
PARTNER / PROJECT MANAGER
Elliot specializes in urban development, commercial, residential, and stormwater management with considerable depth of expertise in sustainable strategies for the natural environment. His projects range from small-scale streetscape revitalization efforts to large-scale mixed-use and community developments. Elliot typically presents projects, prepares proposals, reviews and analyzes township ordinances, and performs construction observations on most projects.

Dan Jorich
BUILDING DESIGN LEAD
Dan has been instrumental in designing key residential and commercial buildings in the Central Pennsylvania region for over 17 years. He approaches building design based on practical, functional, and economical solutions that comply with all applicable building codes, regulations, and ADA compliance while translating a concept that combines innovation, aesthetics, and functionality. Dan's areas of expertise include site planning, building design, building plan review, tenant fit-outs, commercial and residential floor planning in 2D & 3D models.

Courtney provides the finishing touches and team expertise with Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Zane is a civil engineer and is adept at stormwater management design and maneuvers through the NPDES permitting process.
