  • Fallbrook Flats

    Located on Market St in York, PA, these apartments have close access to Route 30 and Interstate 83. Residents can enjoy premium amenities such as a Community Clubhouse, Pet Spa and Dog Park, 24-Hour Fitness Center, Co-Working Space and Package Room.

    Each apartment home features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring and full-sized laundry appliances in-home. Fallbrook Flats is also proud to offer on-site management and maintenance.

  • Hampden flats

    Located in the heart of Hampden Township, Hampden Terminal Apartments provides convenience, luxury, and amenities. 120 apartments and a new 4,500 sf commercial building give the existing Hampden Terminal new energy. The apartments are designed to maximize views to the Conodoguinet River and Appalachian Mountains. Residents of the apartments can casually walk to dinner at Evergrain, get their sweat on at Title Boxing, or sport a new do at Evolve Salon all located on site.

  • steel works

    One of the first major re-development projects to take place in Steelton, we are honored to be the ones to help bring new life to the Borough. The project consists of several different uses such as apartments, Senior Life, Dollar General, and a medical office. A large section was dedicated to the borough to design and construct a community park to host concerts, events, gatherings, as well as active and passive recreation.

  • smith farm

    Smith Farm is a master planned, mixed-use community just outside of Carlisle and conveniently located near I-81. Once completed, this project will provide housing for nearly 500 families that will have access to two community parks and an extensive sidewalk system that is within walking distance to Carlisle and several shops. Housing will include a mix of apartments, townhomes, support housing, and a senior care facility. Medical and professional offices located on the west side of the development may give residents the ability to live and work in the same community.

  • Hershey High Pointe

    Hershey High Pointe is a residential community nestled behind the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. The project repurposed an existing nursing home into 51 townhomes and added a 39-unit apartment building. The project has plenty of amenities to offer residents such as interior courtyards, sidewalks, a fitness center, a community room, and an outdoor fireplace. The medical center is a short walk through the forest which boasts over 10 miles of mountain biking trails.

  • Jackson Center Solar

    Jackson Center is a 325-acres (45Mw) solar farm located on a 995-acre tract in Mercer County, PA. Integrated Consulting provided a full menu of services including zoning approvals, due diligence, site plans, stormwater permitting, and PennDOT permitting.

  • larksville Sheetz

    Larksville is one of the newest Sheetz convenience stores located in Luzerne County, PA. Located at the bustling intersection of Main Street and Carey Avenue this site presented many challenges such as retaining walls along the Susquehanna River and a major utility relocation for extensive intersection improvements.

  • Plaza 34

    The Plaza 34 loft apartment community is a brand new secured entry building in the heart of Hanover. Located a few buildings off of the square, it sits next to the Hanover borough building, and is well located with access to everything. Integrated Consulting's building design team prepare renovations plans to bring the former Montgomery Wards building back to life.

  • The Porches of Allenberry

    The Porches of Allenberry is the first neighborhood within this Allenberry-style community offering 128 charming craftsman-style single-family homes. Integrated Consulting provided full site design services including master and land development plans, NPDES permitting along the Yellow Breeches (High Quality Watershed), and significant water and sewer extensions.

  • Rockville estates

    Rockville Estates is a development comprised of 292 homes on 475 acres located in Marysville. Home buyers are given the opportunity to live in a wooded setting. It embraces warm, comfortable homes designed to capture a refreshing spirit of the great outdoors, and to provide an escape to a simpler, less stressful lifestyle. River views, striking sunsets and change of seasons are celebrated here. Treehouses welcomed. Rockville Estates is the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience.

  • Hazelton Beltway Center

    Hazleton Beltway Center consists of nearly 4 million square feet of warehousing. Located on abandoned mines, this project shows the adaptive reuse of severely blighted land. Due to the immense size of the buildings and associated parking areas, stormwater management was a challenge. Integrated Consulting approached this challenge by utilizing a series of several infiltration basins interconnected with infiltration trenches. The interconnected system maximized the infiltration capabilities of the site while reducing the amount of storm piping.
